About Us

Hodgers Creations was formed in 2008 and is run by Anne and Craig Adamson.

Anne Adamson

Anne gained a BA Hons. in Fine Art at Liverpool Polytechnic in 1989, and has exhibited her work throughout the UK and internationally. Her specialisms include life drawing, land/sea-scapes and stained glass design and manufacture. In 1989, Anne won the Marks & Spencer New English Art Club Student prize.

Craig Adamson

Craig handles the administrative side of the business, allowing Anne to concentrate solely on the artistic side. In many ways Anne and Craig’s skills complement each other very well. Both have exacting standards and understand the need for exceptional customer satisfaction. Craig’s background is Information Technology having run a consultancy company since 1989. This has taken him all over the UK, Europe and the U.S.A.

Our Ethos

It is important to understand the ethos of any company you give your custom to. The vast majority of our commissions come from personal recommendation. This is because we treat every customer as an individual and go that extra mile to ensure that they are totally satisfied.

From time to time things can go wrong. When this happens we will always pull out all the stops to put it right.

Every customer is important to us. Although we have finely tuned our processes to be as smooth as possible, we are always keen to improve them and, in doing so, improve the service we provide. For that reason, we actively encourage customers to tell us when they feel their experience with us has fallen short of our own high standards.

At delivery time of the finished cards, we ask each customer to complete a confidential Customer Questionnaire that allows us to track our customer service levels.
